Kacey Musgraves A pop of silver in the inner corner of the eyes is sometimes all you need to make a major beauty statement, like Kacey Musgraves. “As always, I take my cues from Kacey’s fashion choice and her stylist Erica Cloud dressed her in what she calls ‘cotton candy confection’ in the show-stopping Giambattista Valli Haute Couture,” said makeup artist Moani Lee, who worked with all Pat McGrath Labs products. “I have always been inspired by the old Italian film stars and I wanted to embrace a modern take on an iconic Hollywood sultriness with a touch of freshness.” We love this pale pink toule such a flattering colour against most skin types.

Get her hair look: “I prepared the wet hair with the Color Wow Dream Coat Anti-Humidity Hair Treatment,” says hairstylist Chris Appleton. “Then I applied Color Wow Raise the Root all over the hair and blow dried it straight using the ghd air® hair dryer and ghd paddle brush. Next, I put her hair in a side part and then used the ghd curve soft curl iron to curl the hair but leaving the roots flat. Gemma Chan A sharp black cat-eye and wispy bun on Gemma Chan. “I wanted to complement her gorgeous statement gown, so I decided to do a strong graphic liner with emerald green shadow and make Gemma’s eyes the focal point of her makeup,” said makeup artist Monika Blunder, who worked with Cle de Peau Beaute.

Emma Stone Emma Stone’s eyes matched her hair and her custom Louis Vuitton sequined gowns.

Get her look: “I really wanted to make the eyes the main focus of this look. I applied the Phyto Eye Twist in copper to the lid, crease and lower lash,” said Stone’s makeup artist Rachel Goodwin, who worked with Sisley Paris. “I then applied the topaze shade across the lid to define the edges to blend it with the PhytoKhol Star Waterproof Eyeliner in sparkling brown for a smoky, coppery look. To amp up the color, I put a swipe of Phyto Ombre Glow in amber across the lid to further emphasize the colours of the dress. I filled her brows in using the Phyto-Sourcils Design Brow Pencil in brun. I then finished the eyes with a few coats of the New So Volume Mascara in deep black for a dramatic, voluminous look.
